How do I deposit funds?
Navigate to Dashboard → Deposit. Choose your preferred method (crypto) and follow the on-screen instructions. Your deposit will be reviewed and credited within 24 hours.
What cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and USD Coin (USDC).
Withdrawals
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your withdrawal has been processed.
Security
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to Dashboard → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Authy) and enter the 6-digit code to enable it.
